Welcome to Archway Contract Services The DACUM Information System (DIS) is a windows program which will allow you to easily enter, manage and print DACUM chart information. DIS will allow up to 23 duty rows for each DACUM. Each duty row can contain up to 90 tasks; allowing for a total of 2070 tasks per DACUM. Each task can be rated on a scale from one to six in each of the following areas:     * How frequently the task is preformed     * How critical is the task     * How hard is the task to learn These user definable values can assist you in determing the overall importance of the task to the job function. Making the task ratings uniquely relevant to each DACUM. Along with the main DACUM chart, DIS will track the following information for each DACUM:     * Geneal Skills & Knowledge     * Tools & Equipment     * Future Trends     * DACUM Panel Members     * DACUM Sponsers     * DACUM Facilitators     * DACUM Recorders     * DACUM Chart Validators     * DACUM Status Numerous reports are included with DIS to allow you to print the DACUM information in a variety of different ways DIS also includes a simple spell checker, which allows you to check the spelling on all the DACUM charts. We are presently working on future enhancements to DIS which will allow you to exchange DACUM information with other DIS locations.
